 CWAPC believes that stronger local laws are desperately needed to address and prevent the tragic incidents that surround the issue of keeping dangerous wild animals as pets. Local legislation can include regions, counties, towns and municipalities, all enforced by corresponding local authorities. Working together to pass legislation, CWAPC will make a difference in reducing the availability, volume and presence of dangerous wild animals as pets.
